What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, and a slim inmate with short orange hair, both in blue prison uniforms, are in a cell with metal bunk beds and barred gates on the left. Bob grips the shorter man's shoulders and arms while the two scuffle and jostle back and forth beside the bunks, the other man gripping Bob's arms in return. The scuffle ends with Bob climbing onto the upper bunk, legs dangling and scowling, while the orange-haired inmate slumps on the floor against the bars, looking sideways.
