What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, lies on the top bunk of a prison cell reading a letter with his feet dangling, while below him a small dark-haired man reads a small red book beside a bald, heavy man in a grey uniform, and a red-haired man in a blue shirt stands in the left foreground. Bob lowers the letter and holds up a blank card and an envelope, then a framed photo appears showing Patty and Selma, grey-violet-haired twins, pedaling a red tandem bike past a brick wall, held up by a large yellow hand at the right edge. The cell has purple-striped walls, a metal bunk frame, and peeling paint.
