What happens

Inside a church with stained glass windows, Sideshow Bob, wearing a long white robe and with his huge mane of spiky red hair, stands at a wooden pulpit with a microphone while a thin man in a white robe stands beside him. Two uniformed guards flank the room, and seated worshippers in the pews face the altar. In the first frames Sideshow Bob stands and gestures with his hands, then in the later frames he turns toward the pulpit and the thin man steps behind the lectern and leans forward, speaking while Bob faces him.
