Krusty the Clown and Sideshow Bob stand in a prison common room with rows of inmates in blue uniforms seated on benches behind them

What happens

Krusty the Clown, in a black suit with green hair and a red nose, and Sideshow Bob, with a huge mane of spiky red hair and a prison jumpsuit, stand in a prison common room with rows of inmates in blue uniforms seated on benches behind them. Krusty holds a microphone at first, then reaches across to pass it to Bob, who takes hold of it and leans in to speak while Krusty grins beside him. The scene is shown on a television set with a purple border.
