What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of red hair, fills the frame in close-up, smirking with half-lidded eyes and a hooked nose, before the hair swells to cover the view. The scene then shifts to a roadside billboard reading "WELCOME TO SPRINGFIELD PROUD HOME OF SIDESHOW BOB" beside a highway, with cooling towers and trees behind it, while a worker on a ladder stands at its right edge. In the final moment a green car drives along the road from the left toward the sign.
