What happens

Lisa Simpson, Bart Simpson, and Krusty the clown appear in this scene, along with a uniformed officer with sunglasses, a grey-haired man in a white lab coat holding a syringe, and a heavy man in a blue suit and bow tie. The scene opens outdoors at night on a street, where the officer and the lab-coated man stand before a parked car and an ambulance, and the heavy man joins them. It then moves indoors to a pink room with a staircase, where Lisa protests while Bart sits on the stairs and Krusty smokes a cigar in the corner. A crowd of uniformed men, some holding a stretcher-like board, surrounds Lisa on a green rug near a doorway.
