What happens

Homer, Marge, Lisa, Chief Wiggum and other neighbors in pajamas and robes gather on a dark night street, with a bee-costumed man stepping forward with arms outstretched while a van with a partly visible 'Fiesta' sign waits nearby. A caped man in a bell-shaped hat and red cape, billed as Señor Ding Dong, stands on a blue rooftop cracking a whip and gesturing toward a large full moon, then pointing and pulling the whip back. Marge, in a pink nightgown, stands in a doorway as Lisa, in a teal nightgown, yawns and then speaks, pointing outward.
