What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands in a shop beside a thin, grey-haired man in a red suit holding a microphone, while Homer fastens a light blue "NO REFUNDS" balloon onto a tank. Pink and green balloons reading "SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED" and "YOU BREAK IT YOU BOUGHT IT" hang behind them by the window. Later, Marge with her tall blue hair and Homer sit on the brown couch in a pink room, Homer chewing on something with a hand near his mouth, and a title card reads "Produced by RICHARD RAYNIS." In the scene the pair watch a small television showing the shop scene, with Marge's head turned toward it while Homer looks on with a wary expression.
