What happens

A crowd of yellow-skinned women stands close together, including a woman with a reddish-brown bob in a blue vest and red tie at left, a woman with orange curly hair in a pink top holding a stick-mounted sign, a blonde woman in a tan jacket with a necklace behind them, and a dark-haired woman in a purple jacket and pink scarf at right. The woman with grey-violet hair in a light blue collar and pink sweater first covers her face with both hands, then clasps her hands near her chin, and later reaches to touch the orange-haired woman's shoulder while speaking. A partial sign reading "now!" is visible at the top of the frame.
