What happens

Principal Skinner, the grey-haired man in a dark blue suit, stands on the front steps of a building with a bolted-on sign above its glass doors, facing a bald-topped, grey-haired man in a light blue suit and pink tie who stands in the doorway. Beside them a woman with an auburn bob wears a green cardigan over a teal skirt, and in the foreground Krusty, with green hair and a pink top, is seen from behind next to a figure in a purple beanie. Over the moment Skinner speaks and gestures with his arm and open hand toward the man in the blue suit, who keeps his arms at his sides and his expression stiff, while the others remain still.
