What happens

Patty and Selma, Marge's twin sisters with grey-violet hair, sit at a wooden bar at an outdoor party, Selma in a green jacket holding a lit cigarette, while a man in a blue suit, a striped tie and a green polka-dot party hat sits beside them. Balloons with white bows and streamers hang behind the fence, and a pink cup and a red drink sit on the counter. The man, who looks like Herb with brown hair and a suit, talks and gestures with his hands, then lifts his hands in a flustered shrug and makes a rueful face, then turns back to talk to the sisters as the smoke curls up from the cigarette.
