What happens

A woman with an orange-brown updo, purple headscarf, dark sunglasses, green jacket and pink top sits in blue stadium seats beside a man in a red cap, dark sunglasses, blue suit and orange tie. Beneath a green paneled ceiling, the man first appears partly hidden behind her and then sits fully in view, while she clutches a brown bag. She lifts a small dark object near her face, then turns toward him and holds it low in her hand as they look at each other, and the background shows a railing with a few figures above.
