What happens

Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair and orange dress, carries a blue recycling bin of bottles and cans along a suburban street, past a woman in a pink dress standing at the edge. She sets the bin by the grey trash can, reaches up to tip the bin's contents in, and is watched by the woman in pink, a red-haired woman in a lavender top and purple pants, and a man in a green shirt and blue cap, who all look on. A garbage truck with green barrels rolls up beside the can, and the scene ends on a close view of a yellow spiky-haired figure peeking over a brown wall with its hands gripping the top edge.
