What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a blue jacket and orange skirt, stands beside a junkyard of old cars and piled debris, watching a red-bearded man in blue overalls with a bandaged leg. He hoists a long plank onto his shoulder, then sets it aside, scratches his head, gestures with his hands, and covers his face before limping away from her toward a chain-link gate topped with barbed wire, waving as he goes. Meanwhile a boy with spiky hair peers out from under a tarp-covered car in the foreground, while Lisa keeps watching the man leave.
