What happens

A bushy-haired, red-bearded man in green overalls and yellow gloves, not one of the listed regulars, walks along a muddy path between stacked piles of crushed, colorful cars, then stops and hoists a long metal blade toward a battered white car with blood-streaked dents. He grips the blade with both hands and swings it near the wrecked car while a grinning expression crosses his face, and the car's crumpled front is splattered with red. Bart, a spiky-haired boy in a blue suit and red tie, sits inside the open cab of the wreck, first throwing his arms up, then clasping his hands together as the bearded man stands beside him.
