What happens

Bart in his blue jacket stands in a junkyard of wrecked cars and appliances facing Sideshow Bob, who has a huge mane of spiky red hair, a red beard, blue overalls, a bandaged leg and yellow gloves; Bob lunges and grabs Bart as Bart throws up his hands. The scene then dissolves into a blurred, streaked sequence of blue with falling white streaks and orange and purple shapes, before cutting to Lisa in a blue jacket and pearl necklace seated at a desk with a stack of papers, where she grimaces, talks and grips a cord. The desk is then shown empty with a pink chair, and finally a man with swept-back brown hair, a blue suit and red tie, who may be Troy McClure, leans over the same desk, fiddling with a microphone cord.
