What happens

Bart and Lisa Simpson, both in blue jackets, start beside a lavender junked car in a yard of stacked wrecked cars. Bart sits in the car's open driver's seat, then climbs out and stands next to Lisa, who wears a pearl necklace and an orange skirt. Outside a chain-link fence topped with barbed wire, they face each other and talk, with Bart gesturing with open hands and puffs of dust appearing around him as he moves.
