What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a office next to a poster reading "I'M HIGH..." with a hang glider and a "CAPIT..." caption, while Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress seen from behind or in profile at the right edge, faces him. Burns starts with his hands on his hips in a dark green suit and black tie, then scowls and jabs a finger toward Lisa while gesturing with his other hand, next clasps his hands together near his chin with a wide-eyed, anxious expression, and finally grins with his fingers pressed together in front of him. Notable on-screen elements are the poster's bold lettering and the hang glider illustration, with Lisa's chair visible in the foreground in the first moment.
