What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a pink room with a brown archway and talks and gestures with his hands, first with one hand raised, then with a palm turned up, and finally with both palms open in a shrug. Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, stands with her arms crossed and a pearl necklace, looking unimpressed at the edge of the frame in the last part of the moment, while a green figure is partly visible on the left. Burns' gestures grow more expansive across the sequence as he speaks to her.
