What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a blue suit on a stage before a large heap of money, while Principal Skinner in a brown jacket and purple bow tie speaks beside him and then walks out through a door on the left. Audience members, including Lisa and a blue-haired boy with glasses like Milhouse, sit watching in a room with a 'JUNIOR ACHIEVERS CLUB' banner, posters reading 'UP... WITH BUSINESS!' and 'I'M HIGH... ON CAPITALISM!', and a large dial scale above the money. Later, an unnamed man in a purple shirt stands by the scale and gestures toward it as the others watch.
