What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped in a blue suit, stands before a bush while Smithers, in a green jacket and bow tie, stands to the left and a man in a purple shirt gestures beside them, with Milhouse, Lisa and other seated kids watching from the front. Under the banner reading "JUNIOR ACHIEVERS CLUB", with posters reading "UP... WITH BUSINESS!" and "I'M HIGH... ON CAPITALISM!" and a wall clock behind, Burns shifts from clasped hands to pointing a finger as the purple-shirted man raises a hand and steps forward and back. The group stays in place throughout as the speakers alternate and Burns makes his emphatic gestures.
