The Simpsons, “The Old Man and the Lisa” (season 8, episode 21), 1:43–1:55
What happens
Bart, with spiky hair and an orange shirt, and Lisa, with star-shaped hair and a pearl necklace, are among a group of excited schoolchildren in a classroom, cheering with raised arms, and Milhouse with blue hair and glasses sits at the right. Beside a large round scale reading up to 45, a man in a purple shirt with short brown hair looks around, mouth open, then grins and glances sideways in front of a blue poster reading "I'M HIGH... CAPITALI..." showing a hang glider. The scene then cuts to an empty brown door with a frosted glass window and a silver knob.
