What happens

A man with black hair, a pink shirt and a dark tie stands at a counter in a tiled room beside Marge, who has a tall blue beehive, a green dress and red beads, as a black telephone sits on the desk. Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, then holds a grey receiver to his ear beside a blue phone booth, grimacing and then shouting into it. In the final moment he talks on the phone outside a gas station with red and blue pumps while an elderly man rides a small scooter past behind him.
