What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, stands at a counter beside a black telephone while a man in a pink shirt and dark tie, who resembles Ned-less background character with short dark hair, stands next to her in a plain room of grey brick walls. Marge leans toward the phone, then turns and points sharply at the man as he looks on with a tense expression. Later, a man with a brown bowl-cut hairdo, a green jacket and pink collar holds a telephone to his ear and gazes up at a tall sign reading "DISCOUNT GAS" with "REGULAR 1.49 3/4" displayed in black numerals against a bright blue sky with white clouds.
