Ned Flanders and Milhouse ride side by side in a red-and-blue cart on a steep tracked mountain railway

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and Milhouse, with blue-black hair, glasses-free face and pink shirt and tie, ride side by side in a red-and-blue cart on a steep tracked mountain railway. In the first images Ned gestures with one hand while Milhouse smiles calmly beside him. Ned then turns and shouts, arms flung out, as a brown baboon appears on the track ahead by the orange station building. Milhouse leans forward and yells back at Ned, who is looking toward him, while a rocky cliff wall rises beside them. In the last images Milhouse stands up in the cart, grimacing and gesturing at the rock face, with a grey-and-red metal contraption and a yellow object in the cart, and a baboon sits in the orange station ahead on the stacked track steps.
