Ned Flanders drives a small red locomotive along a cliff-side track while a man in a pink shirt and tie rides in the blue car behind him

What happens

Ned Flanders, in a green sweater with a moustache and glasses, drives a small red locomotive along a cliff-side track while a man in a pink shirt and tie rides in the blue car behind him. A giant brown baboon climbs blue stairs beside the track, and a brown dog sits in the first car near an orange station building. The train rounds the curve, with the man waving and gesturing, and passes under a wooden arch reading "LEAVING BABOON COUNTY USA" with palm trees and a rock wall nearby.
