What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, leans toward his thin assistant Smithers, who wears glasses, a green jacket and a purple bow tie, while the credit 'Written by John Swartzwelder' appears over them. Burns then sits in a tall red armchair in his office, gesturing with a raised finger as Smithers stands beside a desk, with the credit 'Directed by Jim Reardon' shown first and then the caption 'The next day' over an aerial view of a nuclear power plant with two cooling towers. Finally, a dark-haired man in a white shirt and tie with glasses walks past a wall clock and a counter where Smithers looks at a television showing a golden dog.
