Mr. Burns stands at a control panel in a dark blue suit and black tie, speaking to a man in a dark jacket with a red bow tie and light blond hair…

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at a control panel in a dark blue suit and black tie, speaking to a man in a dark jacket with a red bow tie and light blond hair, who sits at the console in the foreground. The setting is a room with red wooden paneling and blue-grey machinery with glowing lights, and a crowd of onlookers stands behind them. Burns leans in and gestures toward the panel, then the seated man's eyes widen and his mouth opens in alarm as he looks up at Burns, while Burns keeps leaning over the controls with a stern expression.
