Mr. Burns and Bart are at a purple-topped desk beside a window with a red lever

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in a dark suit and black tie, are at a purple-topped desk beside a window with a red lever. In the first frames Burns leans in close to Bart's face with an angry, gaping mouth. Next he stands at the desk pointing his finger at Bart, who looks up at him wide-eyed. Bart then stands alone at the desk, grinning nervously with his eyes bulging, while Burns turns away toward the wooden door. Burns returns to the desk, gesturing and pointing at Bart, who stands with his hands at the lever, looking anxious as Burns scolds him.
