What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and light-blue hair at the sides, and Bart, in a dark suit and tie, stand at a purple-topped desk in a library lined with bookshelves, with Homer in a white shirt and pink tie standing behind them. Burns throws his arms up and then reaches a hand toward Bart, who grips a red button on a small lever, first gaping wide-eyed in alarm and then scowling and grinding his teeth, while Homer stares in startled surprise. Colorful leather-bound books fill the shelves behind them throughout.
