What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits behind a large desk in a book-lined study with a red padded chair, and a manila folder labeled Simpson, Homer lies open on the desk. He leans forward with a scheming grin, then sits back and raises a hand to his chin and nose while smiling. Two white-coated men with white caps stand at the desk on the left, and Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses and a bow tie, stands at the right near the chair. A dark trapdoor opening sits in the red carpet in the foreground, and a red button sits on the desk.
