What happens

A man with swept-back brown hair in a grey fur coat, with a $5.00 price tag dangling from it, grins in close-up before the scene shifts to an office. Carl, a Black man in a white hard hat and white lab coat, holds a green folder labeled "SIMPSON, HOMER" across a desk from Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, who sits with his fingers steepled in a red tufted chair beside bookshelves and a wall clock. Carl leans forward and taps the folder while Burns glares back, then Burns's scowl deepens as Carl leaves the folder on the desk.
