What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits at a purple desk in a dark suit, resting his hand on a large pink box covered in purple question marks, while a bookshelf of green and red volumes stands behind him. Beside him, Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses, wearing a white lab coat and white hard hat, stands behind the desk with a wide-eyed look. Across the desk, a woman in a white coat and white hard hat with a red-orange bob, possibly Principal Skinner's counterpart or a one-off character, leans forward and speaks sternly. In the last frame, she turns toward a fur-coated man with dark hair whose coat has a price tag reading $5,000, and he gestures with one hand, while a pair of pens and a cash-like item rest on the desk.
