What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits behind a desk in a teal suit with his fingers steepled, while Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses, stands beside him in a brown suit and bow tie. Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt and blue jeans, stands at the right edge watching as a thin, dark-haired man in a green sweater and purple suspenders, clutching a jar, hunches and moves about in front of the desk, with on-screen credits reading "Consulting Producer DAVID MIRKIN" and then "Consultant JOHN SWARTZWELDER". In the later frames, a row of men stands along the red carpet to the left: a young man in a white lab coat, a man in a white shirt and tie with a badge, a moustached man in a blue shirt with arms crossed, and a Black man in a grey jacket and pink shirt, while the suspendered man walks forward and shrugs, and Burns sits watching and then glares with a clenched grin as the screen shows a close-up of him with his fingers steepled.
