What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands on a skateboard atop a pink car in the family driveway, arms raised, while Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, steps into view beside the car and spreads his arms. Blue sky with drifting cream-colored clouds opens the scene, and the yellow words "THE SIMPSONS" appear over the clouds before the cut to the driveway. The yellow house with its open garage, stacked cardboard boxes, a bicycle, and a blue mailbox are visible.
