Milhouse and Bart stand on a wooden floor in a purple-walled room

What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses in a pink shirt and red pants, and Bart, with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stand on a wooden floor in a purple-walled room. Behind them a pile of beige adding machines sits beside two tall blue barrels with orange drips, stenciled with the partly visible word WASTE, and a spider web hangs in the corner. Milhouse gestures with open hands while talking, then smiles with hands on hips as Bart, hands on hips, grins with narrowed eyes.
