What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-rimmed glasses, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stand together in a warm orange room, with Milhouse holding a green box and Bart holding a white toy walkie-talkie with a Krusty the Clown face. Milhouse points with one hand toward the lower left while Bart looks on with wide eyes and a flat expression. In the earlier moments, a smiling, brown-haired man in a white collared shirt sits behind a red table between the two boys, leaning forward with his hands raised, and the boys' heads turn toward him, with Bart's view shifting into the foreground.
