What happens

Milhouse, the blue-haired boy with glasses, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stand together in a room, with Milhouse holding a green box of items. Bart holds up a white walkie-talkie with a Krusty doll figure clipped on its side, first looking at it with a wide-eyed stare, then grinning broadly. In the final moment a blond man with a wide open-mouthed grin leans out of a train window at the right, while Milhouse and Bart sit together in a maroon train seat, Bart holding a green book with the walkie-talkie resting on it.
