What happens

Smithers, thin and bespectacled, holds up a pink flyer for a Children's Model-Building Contest through a cut-out window that shows his tie, while a boy in a green cap and orange overalls grins as he pushes a model power plant along a green base beside a hammer. A ruler and a pointed tool sit at the top of the flyer, then a large blue figure with big yellow hands crowds in over the model, and finally the flyer is pinned over a power plant control panel reading 'Design your own power plant!'
