What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and a red Santa-style hat with white trim, wearing a red and white dress, lies in a bed with white pillows against a yellow wall. She first has her eyes shut while laughing with her mouth wide open, then opens her eyes into a sly sideways glance with her mouth slightly open. Next her eyes widen as she grins and speaks excitedly, and finally she tilts her head, looks upward, and raises one yellow finger in a hand gesture as she talks. A small yellow object is visible at the bottom edge of one frame.
