What happens

A heavy, bare-chested man in white briefs with a brown holster harness and blue-grey hair stands in a dim bedroom beside a thin man with short brown hair and pale green pajamas. The heavy man lifts a white skull off a purple bed, looks inside it, and holds it up beside his head while the thin man watches from the doorway area. A close-up then shows a white rectangular label on the skull reading "BIG DADDY" with a trademark mark and "AS SEEN IN PARADE MAGAZINE."
