What happens

A heavy, round-faced man in a white captain's cap with an anchor badge and a light blue short-sleeved shirt talks and gestures with his hands outdoors, then grimaces and pauses. In the later frames, a bearded man in a light suit, fedora, dark sunglasses and red bow tie carries a small blond boy in a blue sweater on his shoulders, and the boy holds up a pink ice cream cone and points off to the side. Beside them stand a woman with long dark hair in a green top, a woman in a blue jacket and skirt holding a camera, and a blonde woman in pink, while the bearded man raises blue objects to his face.
