What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, stands beside an unnamed brown-haired man in a grey-green shirt and a baby in blue overalls, all in a room with pink curtains while the yellow text "a matt groening production" appears across the middle of the picture. The screen then fades to black before a close-up shows a long-haired black-haired woman in a white-trimmed yellow dress with red lips embracing Troy McClure, who has swept-back reddish hair, a red tie and a pink jacket, and holds a grey object in one hand. The man speaks as he looks toward her, and a wooden cabinet edge is visible at the right in the first scene.
