What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a blue vest, first appears only as an arm and hand creeping in from the left beside the title card. He then stands at the lower left, scowling with clenched teeth and spreading his hands in a shrug while the red dots keep blinking around him. The on-screen title reads "The Love-Matic Gramps" in purple and pink lettering with heart shapes against a pink background with flashing red dots.
