Troy McClure waves and smiles on a checkered floor beside a blue board and a purple trash can

What happens

Troy McClure, a man with swept-back reddish hair in a white sweater and white pants, waves and smiles on a checkered floor beside a blue board and a purple trash can. Chief Wiggum, the heavy police chief in a white anchor cap and sunglasses, then drives a red convertible along a long bridge over blue water. The car continues across the bridge toward a sign reading "Welcome to New Orleans" in front of a city skyline, and the screen finally shows the title card "chief wiggum p.i." over the skyline with the sign's "Welcome" partly visible below.
