Mr. Burns appears in a bathroom with checkered tile walls and urinals

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, wearing a blue suit, red bow tie and a pale green hat, appears in a bathroom with checkered tile walls and urinals. He first stands at the open door, then walks over and jabs and shakes a gold LOVE TESTER machine with a red heart slot, which has a tuxedo-clad figure slumped at its base. A young woman with a tall dark hairdo and a teal dress, who is not a regular, enters through the door and stands with her hand out, while Burns keeps working the machine. The machine's sign lists CASANOVA, HOT TAMALE, HUBBA-HUBBA, LUKE WARM LOVE, LOVEOLOGY and COLD FISH.
