What happens

Lisa Simpson, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress-free grey-blue uniform shirt, stands in a cafeteria line holding a folded note while other uniformed boys in lunch line queue around her, including a brown-haired boy and a crew-cut boy with a red cap-like hair. She reads the note with a wary, uneasy expression, then turns to set down her tray on the counter beside a slice of cake on a plate. In the final moment she lifts a green tray up in front of her face, with a red blob (a thrown meatball) flying up into the bottom of the frame, and a red dot on the tray, as the crew-cut boy on the right looks on.
