What happens

Two yellow cartoon characters sit in folding lawn chairs on a backyard patio beside a house and a wicker picnic basket. On the left is a man in a blue suit and pink tie, and on the right is a woman with a tall orange-brown bouffant hairdo and a green cardigan over a yellow top; this pair resembles Principal Skinner and Edna Krabappel-type neighbors, but as described they are a suited man and a woman in green. The man holds a rolled paper with a small yellow bow, then lifts a green wine bottle and pours it into the two stemmed glasses held by the pair. The woman gestures with open hands and then rests a hand on her chest while smiling and tearing up, and a silver ice bucket on a stand sits beside them.
