Lisa and Bart stand near a yellow plaque reading "I'LL DIE BEFORE I SURRENDER, TIM" at the base of a green equestrian statue

What happens

Lisa and Bart, both wearing matching grey-blue shirts and blue pants and holding red-handled scrub brushes, stand near a yellow plaque reading "I'LL DIE BEFORE I SURRENDER, TIM" at the base of a green equestrian statue. A man with short reddish-brown hair, a grey shirt and blue pants, who looks like Principal Skinner's neat-haired type but is not identified by name here, stands at the left with his mouth open, shouting and gesturing. Lisa and Bart then climb onto the pedestal and scrub the statue's horse, Bart on the rear and Lisa leaning against its flank, while the man stands watching with a stern expression. The sequence ends with the two children standing on the plinth, scrubbing the statue's legs and body while the man looks on from the grass, with a green lawn, trees, and a building with a tower in the background.
