What happens

Chief Wiggum, the heavyset police chief in a blue cap and uniform, stands at the front of a line of recruits in lilac shirts and blue trousers, with Lisa and Bart among them. Outdoors on a grassy field, a tall pulley tower and ladder stand beside a long rope stretched over a tangled thicket of vines, and a small group of recruits waits in the distance. The recruits stand at attention, mouths open as they shout, while Bart and Lisa stare ahead wide-eyed in the close-up.
